How can I track my order?

How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping within the United States generally takes 3–7 business days. Express Shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Link N Lock ships exclusively within the United States.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may only be modified or canceled shortly after they are placed. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if changes are required.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within the applicable return period, provided the items are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

What materials are used in Link N Lock jewelry?
Our jewelry is crafted using premium stainless steel, black plating, lab-grown stones, and carefully selected natural treated stones.
Does stainless steel jewelry tarnish or fade?
No. Stainless steel is highly resistant to rust, tarnishing, corrosion, and fading, making it ideal for everyday wear.
Are the stones real?
We use both lab-grown stones and natural treated stones. Please refer to the individual product description for complete details.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry is water-resistant; however, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, saltwater, and harsh chemicals to maximize its lifespan.

How do I choose the right size?

What chain length should I choose?
